In 2020, we established McMahon & Hartmann – a specialist consulting practice headquartered in Brisbane, with extensive experience in enforceable undertakings and compliance. Led by respected industrial relations expert Kirsten Hartmann, the team has successfully overseen high profile wage and compliance checking, enforceable undertakings and self-reports and acts for clients as an independent expert to the regulator, the Fair Work Ombudsman.
