Frank is one of Australia’s’ most accomplished IR consultants, with a career spanning more than four decades across a wide range of industries. He is best known for producing ‘best in class’ Enterprise Agreements and, drawing from his previous experience as a CPA, Senior Manager and Federal Union Secretary, he is well equipped to assist HR Managers and their organisations work through a range of workplace challenges, from wage compliance to organisational restructures and case management.

Frank has co-authored (with Earl M. Carter) two internationally published books on best practice industrial training and workplace coaching (‘The Great Training Robbery’ and ‘Improving Employee Performance through Workplace Coaching’).

Kirsten is an experienced employment consultant who has held senior HR and IR advisory roles in the public and private sector and has successfully assisted, lead and project managed significantly high profile enforceable undertakings and self-reports of underpayments to the regulator (FWO). Drawing on her commercial and legal training, Kirsten’s provides strategic advice across all workplace matters including wage compliance and management of enforceable undertakings, futureproofing businesses to be wage compliant, employment law, case management, contract development and review, policy development, strategic planning, dispute resolution, management mentoring, and workplace incident investigations.

Kirsten’s experience spans a broad range of industry sectors including food processing, meat manufacturing, airlines, IT, and government agencies and statutory bodies. No client, or project, is too small. A passionate advocate for workplace performance, Kirsten is driven by a strong sense of social justice and a solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution that achieves satisfactory outcomes for all parties. In this capacity, she regularly manages individual cases and clients that fall under the Fair Work jurisdiction and works as an independent expert to the regulator.

Robert is a highly driven and motivated professional, having worked in the Banking and Superannuation industries for over two decades. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has extensive experience in development, presentation of training and education programs, working with HR, Payroll and Executive teams. His strong analytical and problem-solving skills provides him with a solid foundation to assist our clients to investigate and provide solutions to workplace issues that may arise. It is through this wide-ranging set of skills and experience that ensures Robert can offer real value in advising our clients and helping you meet your obligations as an employer.
